Build, upgrade, and sustain production loops. Assign workers, manage resources and decay, greet traders, fight smugglers, train Maesters, and hold the realm together as everything slowly strains against you.
It asks for calm focus in moments of chaos, and fast thinking when hesitation becomes a mistake.

The realm shifts between heavy, shadowed moments and brief, fragile warmth.

HOW YOU SURVIVE
You begin with only a handful of resources.
Assign workers to your early structures—Wheat, Mill, Bakery, Well, Forest, Quarry—and build the production loops that will keep you alive.
Upgrade, expand, and stabilize before decay takes hold.
The Silo and KeepHut become your lifeline: Gatherers collecting Stacks and Keepers preventing collapse, repairing your fragile structures and holding them together.
Traders bring opportunity—missions, bargains, and long-term bonds—while the Trap and its supply of Meat give you the Coins you need.
But where traders wander, smugglers follow. Build and upgrade the Tower, reinforce it under attack, or step in yourself when the realm is threatened.
And as your systems grow, the Maester’s Hall opens its doors.
Here, Maester Workers rise—specialists who elevate your loops, lighten your workforce, and push your realm toward self-sustaining balance.
